Plain-English summary
• Returns are limited to unopened kits within 30 days of delivery (15% restocking). Used/installed/altered items won't be accepted and aren’t returnable.
• Damaged or defective items are replaced or refunded quickly.

1) Shipping & Lead Times

Typical lead time shown on each product page: Your checkout will show the latest ship-by estimate.

If we can’t ship by the latest date shown at checkout, we’ll email a new estimate. You may cancel for a full refund.

2) Order Changes & Cancellations (Before Shipment)

Within 24 hours of ordering: cancel or change for a full refund.

After 24 hours and before shipment:

If we are on schedule: Cancellations will incur a processing fee of 10% due to material allocation.

If we miss the promised window: you may cancel for a full refund, no fee.

3) Returns (After Delivery)

Unopened/unused PermTrack kits may be returned within 30 calendar days of delivery.

Returns require an RMA (Return Authorization). Contact us at contact@livelylightingco.com with your order number.

Buyer pays return shipping; a 15% restocking fee applies.

We recommend trackable shipping and insurance for returns.

Non‑returnable items: any opened/installed product; altered product, or item purchased marked "sale " are not returnable. 

4) Damaged, Defective, or Missing Items

Inspect your order upon delivery. If anything is damaged, missing, or defective, email contact@livelylightingco.com within 7 days with photos/video and the packing slip.

We’ll replace the affected parts or refund the affected portion promptly. If the carrier damaged the shipment, we’ll handle the claim with them—just keep the packaging.

5) Exchanges

If you ordered the wrong item and it’s unaltered, contact us for an exchange RMA within 30 days. Exchange shipping both ways is the buyer’s responsibility.

6) Refund Method & Timing

Approved refunds are issued back to the original payment method.

Banks typically post refunds within 5–10 business days after we process them.

7) Warranty & Limitations

PermTrack is designed for long‑term outdoor use. We warrant that products will be free from manufacturing defects at delivery.

This warranty doesn’t cover improper installation, misuse, or normal wear.

Implied warranties are limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. Some states don’t allow limitations, so these may not apply to you.

8) Lifetime Warranty Coverage

PermTrack warrants that the PermTrack track system, including tracks are made from rigid polyvinyl chloride and fittings are made from PETG polymer, will be free from defects due to UV exposure causing brittleness or material breakdown under normal use and installation conditions. This Lifetime Warranty applies only to the original purchaser and covers replacement of affected tracks and fittings due to material degradation from UV exposure should any occur.

9)Exclusions and Limitations


This Lifetime Warranty does not cover:

  • Any damage caused by alteration, modification, or improper installation.
  • Damage resulting from storms, fires, flooding, accidents, abuse, neglect, or other environmental factors.
  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product failure.
  • This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.

1. Warranty Claim Process
If a covered issue arises, the original purchaser must follow these steps to submit a claim:

  1. Submit a clear photograph of the affected track or fitting.
  2. Provide proof of purchase (e.g., receipt, order confirmation).
  3. Send the claim to contact@livelylightingco.com.
  4. Claims will be reviewed and resolved within 14 days of submission.
  5. If approved, a replacement part will be issued at no cost to the customer.

2. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

  • PermTrack’s sole obligation under this warranty is limited to replacement of defective tracks and fittings as described above.
  • Under no circumstances shall PermTrack be liable for incidental, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from product use, including but not limited to labor costs, removal, reinstallation, or related expenses.
  • This warranty gives you specific legal rights; however, you may also have other rights that vary by state.
  • PermTrack makes no other warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, beyond the conditions explicitly stated in this document.

3. Governing Law
This warranty shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas.
